At CAT we strive to make booking an artist as easy as possible.
You can book the artist you want in four clear steps. The further arrangements behind the scenes are our specialty!
Step 1
APPLICATION FOR AN ARTIST
Submit a request for the artist you want. This is possible by phone , per mail and on it form on every artist page. Within 24 hours you will receive a response with availability and you will receive a quote immediately with the lowest price .
Step 2
PLACE OPTION OR BOOKING
We will place one for you non-binding option on the event date of your choice. We keep this standard for 14 days. Within this period you have the first right to confirm the desired artist. Even in the unlikely event that another client comes forward who wants to confirm the artist on the same date, you will be given the opportunity to exercise this right for 24 hours.
Step 3
ONLINE BOOKING FORM
Do you agree with the offer? Please let us know by email or telephone. We give this straight away forward to the artist to keep the date available for you. You will receive a link to it by email online booking form in which you enter the details of your event. The more complete the data, the better we can prepare the artist for your event.
Step 4
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AGREEMENT AND INVOICE
You will receive one clear agreement with all agreements made and an invoice with the artist (s) ordered and any additional services. With a direct payment link on the invoice, there is always a payment option that suits you. Direct payment after reservation is also possible for a number of artists!
